OEM Precision Mirrors
Spectrum Scientific primarily uses the optical replication process to manufacture high volume, high precision replicated mirrors.
Replication allows us to supply high fidelity, high specification precision optics at a lower cost compared to traditional volume manufacturing, achieving surface figures down to λ/10 or better.
In addition, the replication process allows mounting fixtures and fiducials to be incorporated into the mirror substrate, increasing stability and reducing design and alignment costs.
